Candy Cane Martini
Syrup -  
3 x peppermint tea bags 
150ml boiling water 
150g caster sugar 
Cocktail -  
35ml gin 
25ml white chocolate liqueur 
20ml peppermint syrup 
25ml double cream 
Candy cane to rim the glass and one to garnish 
Syrup - 
Add a 3 tea bags to 150ml of boiling water. Stir in 150g of caster sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool. 
Cocktail - 
add gin, chocolate liqueur, syrup and cream to a cocktail shaker and shake hard. Pour some peppermint syrup into a saucer and crushed up candy cane into another one. Dip martini glass into the syrup and then into the crushed candy cane to rim. Strain cocktail into martini glass. Garnish with a candy cane.
